Accounting

PPM provides you with many general, monthly accounting services, tailored specifically for the dental industry. Among these services are accurate, detailed balance sheets, income statements, cash flow analysis, budget comparison and an industry specific report to help you gauge your performance as compared to other dentists. We help you implement a system of checks and balances. Any potential problems can be detected early and corrective action taken immediately.

Tax Compliance/Planning

PPM prepares Federal, State and Local Income Tax returns for your business as well as your personal return. Since we specialize in dentistry, be assured that we will take advantage all tax deductions and tax credits available to you. We recalculate your tax liabilities every quarter to insure minimization of your taxes. We also file payroll, property, sales and use taxes, 1099's, census reports, etc. for your practice.

Practice Opening Package

Once you have committed to work with Atlanta Dental in opening your dental office, PPM begins working with you on a personal level taking the essential steps at the right time and in the right order. It is our aspiration to help you launch your new business without a glitch.

Corporate Structure

Pre-opening Visit

Prior to the opening of your practice, a PPM representative will visit your office to help you establish the procedures and policies crucial for a profitable business. Furthermore, we assist you in implementing systems for cash control and efficient office management. You can be confident in the knowledge that you are building your practice on a solid foundation.

Practice Sales

PPM's turnkey brokerage service includes the identification of a qualified purchaser and consultation with both the purchaser and the seller. We draft the letter of intent, prepare the bank package, and arrange the compilation of all legal contracts, agreements, and other required documentation.

Practice Evaluations

The starting point of a practice sale is to have a complete qualified appraisal performed. PPM is a leader in dental practice appraisals beginning with a confidential consultation with the seller. Employing a team approach, we provide an on-site office visit, during which pertinent practice information is gathered. We perform an in-house, in depth analysis of all the factors affecting the value of your practice. This gives you the information needed to make an educated decision on the sale of your dental practice.

Bank Loan Package

We will diligently aid you in compiling all the requisite components for a comprehensive bank package. Upon completion of the bank package, we provide you with multiple copies, enabling you to investigate all options available so that you can determine the lender suitable for your particular needs.

Lease Review

In order to protect your interest, personnel well versed in the intricacies of dental leasing review all leases. While we neither draft leases nor render legal opinions, we can offer recommendations based on our extensive experience.

Registration

PPM assists new dentists in completing and filing all required registrations with the appropriate governmental agencies.

Associates

When it is time to expand your practice, PPM works with established Doctors helping them locate the best available associates and likewise, matching associates with the right practice.

Consulting

	Dean Cox - Principal Business Consultant For over 32 years, Dean has been guiding doctors through complete practice start-ups, the sale and acquisition of practices and practice appraisals. He can help you determine the best possible location for your new office, the most aesthetic and functional design for your practice, as well as all other aspects of your overall practice management.
	Laura Jones-Accounting Supervisor Laura has been working with PPM since its inception over 20 years ago. Accounting services and preparation of bank loan packages are among the many functions she provides to assist you. She works closely with you and your staff, insuring accurate, efficient, and up to date financial records.
